Start-up Coach, Braunschweig Zukunft GmbH – Germany
Margarete Klapper-Nolda focuses on methods from practice for practice. She studied sociology, linguistics and music MA. and is a certified coach.
From 1999-2009 she worked as an international market researcher for well-known brands in various industries. From 2009-2019 she was a learning designer for sales and leadership topics for the brands of Volkswagen AG. As a train-the-trainer she taught methodological competence and personality development. At the same time, she trained public service educators in intercultural communication.
As a certified coach for start-up teams, her focus is on organizational and team development in uncertain situations and she teaches methods for developing a successful business model.
