In the just-concluded FSG (Formula Student Germany), the Wing-Flash Racing Team of the School of Automotive Studies won the best results in the record of Chinese college racing teams with its total ranking as 12th among all 65 teams in the diesel category. Moreover, the Wing-Flash Team spent only 4.08 seconds in the accelerating project of 0 to 75 meters, the shortest time among all diesel groups, whose tail speed reached 137 km/h. Since its establishment in 2007, the Wing-Flash Team has surpassed many other traditionally formidable racing teams in the world and is now among the top performing FSG racing teams in its 10-year history.
